Sublimation

The term Sublimation refers to the process of heat transfer. The way we are using it here, it would be more precise to say Dye Sublimation.

Dye Sublimation is always done with heat and pressure on a polymer, or polymer coated object. The dye becomes a part of the surface. You cannot rub it off unless you deliberately damage the surface, and you cannot feel it like you would if it were a screened image.

This type of sublimation assures you that once your artwork has been transferred, it will remain colorful and new looking for years. As a result, the message your artwork brings will continue to be presented, as you intend, for years.

Dye Sublimation works especially well for drinking mugs, key rings, and luggage tags.
